SPR# UMAKDNBKJU - Server - Administration - During user rename a uniqueness check is made to ensure the name doesn't already exist in the vault. In certain situations this can cause problems (e.g. a rename followed by an immediate rename reversion). This uniqueness check can be disabled by setting the following INI: ENABLE_IDVAULT_UNIQUENESS_CHECK=0". The uniqueness check was was introduced in 14.5.
